Offices and meeting rooms
 
 

We own 17 furnished offices ranging from 10 to 30 m2, with 1 to 3 workstations (medium size executive desk, telephone set, light furniture, ADSL).

You may rent these offices according to your needs: on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, for your confidential interviews, professional appointments, phoning operations, etc.

Our services are inclusive of all rates (heating, lighting…) and all our reception services.

 
 

You can also use our 25-seat meeting room or our 55-seat conference hall, all seats being  equipped with modular tables, projection screens, paperboard, erasable board, overhead projector, video equipment and telephone.

Rentals are on a half-daily, daily, weekly or monthly basis for your professional meetings, conferences, training courses, public relations actions, product presentation…

For the whole duration of the rented premises, you will avail of the following services, without having to pay any extra fee: welcoming of participants, telephone permanence (call transfer to your office via Espace Entreprise), call filtering, message recording, etc.

 
 
 
 
Workshops and relay halls
 


The Espace Entreprise site also includes:

  •  7 workshops ranging from 100 to 200 m2, each of them equipped with two furnished offices.

    Offices and workshops are heated and can be fitted with ADSL.
 
 
 

 

  • 3 industrial-relay halls ranging from 350 to 450 m2 may also help you start your business.
